Grinding Balls

Grinding balls are only one type of grinding media. Grinding media are the means used to crush or grind material (cement, mineral, …) in a mill. Hubei JYS Advanced Wear Resistant Material Technology Co.;Ltd had produced the cast grinding ball with different materials to suit different working conditions.The materials: High Chrome, Media Chrome and Low Chrome Alloy. The size ranged from 10mm to 140mm, with high hardness, low breakage and good wear-resistance. Different manufacturing process: balls can be cast or forged.

Cast Grinding Balls

Cast grinding balls are mainly used for fine grinding and dry grinding processes.Our available ball sizes range between 12 and 80 mm. Our modern melting techniques and adherence to tightly controlled alloy chemistries plus closely monitored quench and temper cycles assure our customers of consistent, high quality.

Forged Grinding Balls

The top quality of our forged steel balls is assured beginning with the selection and metallurgical inspection of raw materials, and our state of the art forging techniques plus rigorous control of all aspects of our heat treatment processes deliver optimum through-hardening characteristics. The forged balls range from 25 to 140 mm.
